KNOCK DOWN LIQUID (BIOCIDE), CHEMICALS FOR CLEANING GAS OIL 1KG (12 PIECE/BOX)

Knock-Down Liquid® is a highly effective bactericide (biocide) for diesel fuel.
Knock-Down Liquid® is used as a preservative for bacterial, yeast and mould resistance of diesel/gas oil in storage tanks and fuel tanks of vehicles and vessels and associated piping systems.

Instructions for use:
Clean heavily contaminated systems (fuel tank including pipes) before treatment. Preferably add the agent to the system via a dosing pump, continuously or discontinuously or manually the complete quantity from one bottle. Knock-Down Liquid® should be added to the tank before refuelling to obtain good mixing. Note: When using Knock-Down Liquid® the first few times, fuel filters may become clogged due to the loosening of contaminants. The dosage of the product depends on the degree of microbial contamination in the system. Before applying the product, this should be determined by a suitable test method.

Dosage:
In case of slight contamination: Add 150-200 ml of this agent per 1000 litres of fuel.
In case of moderate contamination: Add 200-250 ml of this agent per 1000 litres of fuel.
In case of heavy contamination: Add 250-350 ml of this agent per 1000 litres of fuel.
When microbial growth is under control switch to maintenance dosage.

Maintenance dosage:
Add 50-150 ml of this product per 1000 litres of fuel once every 3-6 months.
Permitted use only as a preservative for bacterial, yeast and mould resistance of liquid fuels in storage tanks, fuel tanks of vehicles and vessels and associated piping systems.

The dosage and application method indicated in the instructions for use must be adhered to.
