Atlas shovel handles are made from Ash wood, are bent in boiling water (these are extra strong because the grain runs with the bend), are waxed mirror-smooth (prevents blisters), climate chamber-dried (handle does not shrink and tool remains solid) and fitted with a through-ended Hilt without staple and without glue.
