Zettex Packing Sealer is a modified moisture curing acetoxy silicone sealant with excellent bonding characteristics on a wide range of materials. Zettex Packing sealer remains flexible and resistant to temperatures ranging from -60°C to 330°C. Zettex Packing sealer is able to resist petrol and diesel oil. Zettex Packing sealer has unique packaging and handy closing cap.

Application instructions
• For sealing machine and engine parts. Zettex Packing Sealer, available in red and black, has excellent resistance to oils, greases, lubricants, petrol, diesel oil, kerosene, brake fluid, water, steam, heating oil, saline solutions, acids, glycol, butane, etc.
• Zettex Packing Sealer has been specially developed as a liquid gasket for sealing oven doors, cooking rings and heating installations and joints where extremely high temperature resistance is required. Examples are discharge ducts, thermostats, pumps, heating pipes and low-pressure gaskets in engine parts.
• Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE and soft synthetics neoprene and bituminous surfaces.
• The surfaces must be clean, free of grease and holding. Any non-cured residues and other soiled material can be removed with Zettex Profireinger. Can be finished smooth with Zettex Easy Finish. Always test the surface beforehand for adhesion. After use Zettex Cleaning Wipes can be used for cleaning hands.
